Floral notes leap out first, followed by chocolate chip cookie dough and fresh-cut wood—super inviting and layered!
This is a true roller-coaster pour! Each cask finish contributes its own magic, creating an evolving experience. It starts light and floral up front, then shifts dramatically in the back half to big berry-forward flavors, rich vanilla, and that chocolate chip cookie character really poking through.
One of the longest I've ever encountered in a whiskey—it lingers forever with mostly chocolatey and botanical notes that keep unfolding.
Overall, this is exactly why I'd call it an "expert's whiskey." It's a once-in-a-lifetime barrel, and I'm thrilled we landed such a unique offering for the single barrel program. I hope everyone who tries this pour appreciates how special and distinctive it is—one of the most standout releases we've featured. It might not be an everyday sipper, but damn, it's memorable. Cheers!
