Westland Wine Cask Finish American Single Malt Whiskey is priced at $74.99 and has an ABV of 46%. This whiskey is part of the Cask Exploration Series and is aged for a minimum of five years. It is made with Washington Select Pale Malt, Munich Malt, Extra Special Malt, Brown Malt and Pale Chocolate Malt. The whiskey is first aged in Cooper’s Reserve New American Oak, Cooper’s Select New American Oak and first-fill ex-bourbon casks, then finished in Tempranillo, Washington Red Blend, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Petit Verdot casks. It uses Belgian Brewer’s Yeast and undergoes fermentation for 96 to 144 hours.
