Wattie Boone & Sons Bourbon is a small-batch Kentucky straight bourbon produced and distilled by Preservation Distillery in Bardstown, Kentucky. Made from a wheated mash bill with grains sourced from local farms, including Affinity Farms in New Haven, the whiskey undergoes sweet mash fermentation for 3 to 5 days and double distillation in copper pot stills. It ages a minimum of six years in new American oak with varying toast and char levels.
