This Watershed Distillery Bourbon is made in Ohio from a blend of three bourbons selected by the head distiller: a bourbon finished in apple brandy barrels, a bottled-in-bond offering and a sourced high-rye bourbon. The distillery makes another straight bourbon whiskey that is rested in char 5 barrels for four years.
