Voz De Almas Mezcal Espadín is produced in Matatlán, Oaxaca, by master mezcalero Abundio Santiago. The spirit is made from 100% agave espadín that matures for six to eight years, then is roasted in wood-fired ovens and double distilled in copper stills.
