Very Olde St. Nick Winter Maple Whiskey, produced by Preservation Distillery, is crafted from a blend of Kentucky bourbon and Indiana rye whiskeys. It was finished in maple syrup barrels and French oak staves and released in December 2023. It is bottled at 50.785% ABV in a 750ml format with a suggested retail price of $200.
