Overall, Elote is always a fun trip. It's unique and always has some additional character to it, but that can make it less of a safe bet compared to some of Aquilano's other production runs.

House Review
Nose:
Clean and crisp - lots of pepper, citrus zest. Sweet cream, big corn notes rising sourdough.
Taste:
Sweet and savory, there's a lot of cream, grain, light salinity, minerality and black tea.
Finish:
Not the wildest finish, but it's for the better. Ashy, with bready notes, pepper, a bit of ash and some acrid grain notes.
