Upstate Vodka is crafted in small batches at Sauvage Distillery in Charlotteville, New York. It is Certified Gluten-Free and Kosher. Each bottle contains 70-80 apples from local farms, fermented, distilled and bottled under one roof. This vodka features unique profiles derived from the different apple varieties used in each batch, such as Spigold and Jonagold in 2021, McIntosh Red in 2022, Granny Smith and Gala in 2023 and Ida Reds, Greenings and Crispin in 2024. Bottled at 80 proof, it is priced at $31.99.
