Tullibardine 500 Sherry Cask Finish is bottled at 43% ABV. The whisky is initially matured in first-fill bourbon casks before being finished in 500-liter Pedro Ximenez sherry casks.
The palate unfurls a modest amount of smoke around a core of baked pear, vanilla and candied ginger, leading into a long, nuanced finish perfumed with white flowers and sandalwood incense.
