Tso'ok Ron Serrano Oaxacan Mountain Rum is produced in the Mixe highlands of Oaxaca, Mexico. Distilled from fresh sugarcane juice and stalks, it undergoes wild yeast fermentation in open vessels and double distillation in small copper pot stills. The final product rests at 49% ABV. The name "Tso'ok" comes from the Mixe word for tonal, an animal companion in local tradition.
