Tso'ok Ron Serrano Oaxacan Mountain Rum is produced in the Mixe highlands of Oaxaca, Mexico. Distilled from fresh sugarcane juice and stalks, it undergoes wild yeast fermentation in open vessels and double distillation in small copper pot stills. This reposado expression ages for around six months in French oak before being bottled at 49% ABV.
