Triple R Russian River Rye is produced at Graton Distilling Co. in California. Crafted from a mashbill of 95% rye and 5% malted barley, it is distilled in a custom-built continuous column still. Aged for at least three years in new charred American oak barrels, it is bottled at 45% ABV and priced at $39.99.
I like it. This is a good rye whiskey that provides some great flavors at an affordable price point, and I love that it’s coming from a distillery that actually makes its own products.
