Trapa Rodica is an organic Istrian pomace brandy produced from grapes. The name comes from “Tropinovec,” the Slovenian term for pomace brandy, and “Grappa,” the Italian term, reflecting the cultural blend of the Istrian peninsula between Slovenia, Italy and Croatia.
