Tom’s Foolery Straight Bourbon is distilled in Ohio using a mashbill of 70% corn, 15% rye and 15% malted barley. Each still run produces a single barrel. The bourbon is aged for two years in a metal rickhouse without temperature control, allowing seasonal variations to influence its maturation.
