Tommyrotter Napa Valley Heritage Cask Straight Bourbon Whiskey is a non-chill-filtered, four-grain blend of high corn, high wheat and high rye bourbons from Indiana. It was finished for three months in Taub Family Selections’ Heritance Cabernet Sauvignon French oak barrels from Rutherford, Napa Valley, and bottled at 95 proof.
The overall impact is subtle, with a drying core that shows leather and oak accented with hints of cinnamon and clove. A rounded brandied cherry note emerges on the -finish.
