Tip Top Proper Cocktails introduced its canned Oaxaca Old Fashioned on April 21, 2026, in collaboration with the drink’s creator, Phil Ward of Long Island Bar in New York City. The release is part of the brand’s Tequila & Mezcal Variety Pack, which also includes the Margarita and Naked & Famous.
Developed with recipe lead Miles Macquarrie, the canned version blends tequila, mezcal, agave nectar and bitters in a spirit-forward format. It is bottled at 37% ABV (74 proof) in 100 ml cans and is OK Kosher certified. According to the brand, it delivers a rich, silky profile with a smoky impression and notes of oak and agave.
