Gray Wolf Timber Sassafras Rested Gin is produced in Saint Michael's, Maryland. It is made from 100% locally grown malted barley and is vapor infused with juniper berries, lemon peels, orange peels, cardamom, peppercorn, rose hips, hibiscus and elderflower. After distillation, the gin is rested on sassafras wood staves. It has a proof of 91 and retails for around $44.99.
