Tim Smith Southern Reserve Whiskey comes from Smith's double rye recipe perfected in partnership with Two Trees Distilling. It is bottled at 90 proof (45% ABV) and sells for around $37. The whiskey is made using Climax white dog distillate that is processed through Two Trees' Whiskey Time Machine for 2.5 hours, then held in new white oak containers for 24 hours before bottling.
