Tierra Noble Tequila Exquisito Extra Añejo is produced at Premium de Jalisco in Mazamitla from blue weber agave grown in southeastern Jalisco. The agave is cooked in high-pressure autoclaves, extracted with a roller mill and fermented in stainless steel tanks using spring water. Double distillation takes place in stainless steel pot stills. Aged 84 months in French oak barrels, this tequila was originally created as a limited founder’s selection from casks chosen annually by the brand’s master tequileros.
