Tierra Noble Tequila Añejo is produced at Premium de Jalisco in Mazamitla using blue weber agave from southeastern Jalisco. The agave is cooked in autoclaves under high pressure, extracted with a roller mill, and fermented in stainless steel tanks with spring water. It is double distilled in stainless steel pot stills and aged 24 to 30 months in a combination of American and French white oak barrels.
