Tierra de Ensueño Reposado is a small-batch tequila produced at NOM 1580 in the highlands of Jalisco from 100% blue Weber agave. It is made using estate-grown agave, stone ovens and open-air fermentation with only agave, water and yeast. The tequila is aged for 8–10 months in American oak wheated bourbon casks, with each batch produced in limited quantities. Crafted in collaboration with master distiller Sergio Cruz and master blender Oscar Vasquez Camarena, it is bottled at 42% ABV and retails for $74.99.
