This bourbon is one of four of Thomas S. Moore's "Extended Cask Finished" bourbons. Each bourbon in the series was aged for 5-6 years and then finished for an additional 1-4 years, this one in sherry casks.
The nose follows through with sweet caramel, butterscotch, and vanilla, while lavender pervades the edges. The finish has smokiness and a hint of leather.
