    Minty and herbal, peppy and full of vegetal spice, dill and spice.

  • Taste:

    Sweet at first and then fades to minerality, vegetal rye spice, pickles, dill and a touch of maple and rising bread with a hint of orange peel.

  • Finish:

    Short to medium finish, intensely herbal with a note of pepper, ginger, fresh caramel and a hint of maple.

  • Overall:

    Overall this is a punchy rye that’s heavy on the herbal. If that’s your jam, you’ll be right at home.
