Bottled by 13th Colony Distilleries in Americus, Georgia, 13th Colony Cask Strength Single Barrel Rye Whiskey is sourced from MGP and made from a mashbill of 95% rye and 5% malted barley. It matures at 13th Colony’s Georgia facility, where hot, humid conditions lead to increased water evaporation and higher final proofs. French oak spirals are added during aging to further influence the flavor.
