The Yamazaki Single Malt Japanese Whisky is produced in Japan by the Yamazaki Distillery from 100% malted barley and matured a minimum of three years in sherry, bourbon and mizunara oak casks. Distilled and aged in Japan using local water, it is bottled at 43% ABV.
The Yamazaki Single Malt Whisky smells and tastes like a well-crafted and blended whisky. Out of everything, I enjoy the back and forth between the darker fruit from the sherry and the brighter / vibrant fruit from the bourbon.
