The Whistler Distillers Select Double Oaked is a small-batch Irish whiskey made from a blend of triple-distilled malt and grain whiskeys. It is first matured in ex-bourbon barrels, then finished for six months in Oloroso sherry casks. Bottled at 80 proof.
