The Last Thylacine is a Tasmanian single malt whisky produced at Launceston Distillery in Hangar 17 at Launceston Airport, Tasmania, Australia. Batch 4 is made from locally grown malted barley and South Esk River water, twice distilled and matured in ex-bourbon American oak casks. Bottled at 45% ABV without chill filtration, it retails for around AU$260 (approximately US$170).
