The Hakushu Japanese Forest Bittersweet Edition is a limited release single malt whisky from Suntory's Hakushu Distillery in Yamanashi Prefecture, Japan. It is made from malt aged in Spanish oak casks and is non chill filtered. It's bottled at 43% ABV and sells for around $320 to $570 per 700ml or 750ml bottle depending on the retailer.
