The Gardener is a London dry gin made in collaboration with Brad Pitt and distiller Tom Nichol. Debuted at the 2023 Cannes Film Festival, it features a blend of fresh and dry citruses, including bitter orange, sweet orange and pink grapefruit, alongside juniper, angelica, liquorice and coriander. It is certified organic and distilled from wheat.

  • Round and silky, there’s still enough peppercorn on the finish to add some verve and accentuate lingering notes of mint and juniper berry. It doesn’t quite transport me to a yacht cruise on the Riviera. But it does make a solid cocktail.
