The Finnish Long Drink was first created in 1952 when the Finnish government developed a liquor-based drink to serve visitors during the Summer Games, giving rise to a now-popular alcohol category in Finland. Decades later, the next generation of Finns brought the drink to the U.S. in various flavors. The Finnish Long Drink Strong combines a gin base with citrus soda and offers a higher ABV of 8.5%. Notably, American Actor Miles Teller became an investor in the brand after discovering it at a tasting in New York, and Norwegian DJ Kygo joined as a supporter after trying it at Teller's wedding.
