The Dead Rabbit Irish Whiskey is a collaboration between Master Distiller Darryl McNally of The Dublin Liberties Distillery and co-founders of The Dead Rabbit, Sean Muldoon & Jack McGarry. The sourced whiskey was first aged in seasoned bourbon barrels for five years and then finished in small virgin American oak barrels. It is bottled at 44% ABV and pricing at around $40.

- Oak aromas which follow through onto the palate. Flavours of green apple, charred wood and spice, with a supporting rye note. Youthful and dry.
