The Cooper's Choice Peat & Fruit is a single cask Islay single malt Scotch whisky distilled at Caol Ila and independently bottled in 2020 by The Vintage Malt Whisky Co Ltd. The whisky was matured in American oak before finishing in a port wood cask, blending Caol Ila's characteristic peat smoke with red fruit and berry notes. It was bottled at 55% ABV as a limited release of 384 bottles, non-chill filtered and with natural color, and sells for around $100 or more.
