The Butterfly Cannon Blue is a blanco tequila infused with prickly pear, clementine and butterfly pea flower. When mixed with tonic or citrus juice, its color shifts from blue to pink, much like Empress 1908 Gin. The Butterfly Cannon brand donates to the Monarch Butterfly Conservation Fund, supporting efforts to conserve and recover the monarch butterfly.
