Founded in 2010 by Colin Keegan, a former architect from the U.K., the distillery uses 30% malted barley smoked with local Mesquite to create this Scotch-inspired whiskey. Only 284 bottles were produced, and it is bottled at 65.7% ABV. It hosts a suggested retail price of £99.95 (about $124).
