Tesoro Azul Blanco is produced in Jalisco, Mexico, from blue weber agave grown in the Los Altos region. The agave is cooked in brick ovens, crushed with a roller mill and fermented in stainless steel tanks. It undergoes double distillation in a stainless steel pot still with a copper coil. Bottled unaged at 40% ABV, it is priced at around $34 in a 750 ml format.

  • The sweet cooked agave and steamed zucchini entry is joined by cinnamon, orange citrus, and vanilla. It fades with spiced pear and black olive and finishes with caramel, citrus, sea salt, and black pepper.
