Tequila Revolución Extra Añejo is produced at Tequila Cascahuin in the Los Valles region of Jalisco, Mexico. The blue weber agave is cooked in brick ovens, extracted with a roller mill and fermented without fibers in stainless steel tanks. It is double distilled in stainless pot stills with copper coils, then aged in a combination of new and used American and French oak barrels, including ex-bourbon casks. The tequila then undergoes aeration before bottling at 40% ABV.
