Produced at Inulina y Miel de Agave in southern Los Altos, Jalisco, Mexico, this single estate tequila is made from blue weber agave. The agave is cooked in stone and brick ovens, crushed using a tahona, and double distilled in stainless and copper hybrid stills. It is then aged in French oak barrels and Cognac casks before being bottled at 46% ABV.
