Tequila 30-30 Reposado Reserva Especial is a 100% blue agave reposado produced at NOM 1068 in Capilla de Guadalupe, Los Altos de Jalisco, by Maestro Tequilero Sixto Vera Garcia for AgroIndustria Guadalajara. Highland agaves are cooked in stone ovens and autoclaves, milled with a four-stage roller mill, fermented in open-top stainless steel tanks, and double distilled in stainless steel pot stills. The tequila is aged about seven months in used American oak ex-bourbon barrels before being bottled at 40% ABV. It typically retails for around $40.
