Tattersall Distilling, a Minnesota-based craft spirits producer, launched Tattersall Functional Beverages in November 2025. The hemp-derived, THC-infused, alcohol-free line includes two options, Uplift and Unwind, each with 10 calories per serving and 2 mg THC per tablespoon. Uplift features Rhodiola rosea, lion’s mane and cannabinoids THC, CBD and CBG. A 750-milliliter bottle sells for $59.99.

The nose offers dried lemon peel and wildflower honey.
Candied citrus peel, orange lollipop, jasmine tea, cilantro and lemonade lead, followed quickly by a tannic quinine bite. The result balances sweetness and bitterness like a good bitter liqueur or aperitif would.
Bitter, dry finish presenting tart kumquat, marmalade, sappy pine and juniper.
Tattersall Uplift is truly something special in the NA, THC-infused category. This spirit alternative stands out from anything I’ve tried before. A 1 oz dose contains 4 mg THC, which may barely affect those with higher tolerances, but the flavor is the real draw. It’s ideal for hemp beginners, NA drinkers who enjoy aperitifs and anyone who appreciates unique herbal notes. I found it most enjoyable simply mixed with soda water or sipped over ice.
