Tattersall Distilling, a Minnesota-based craft spirits producer, launched Tattersall Functional Beverages in November 2025. The hemp-derived, THC-infused, alcohol-free line includes two options, Uplift and Unwind, each with 10 calories per serving and 2 mg THC per tablespoon. Unwind includes passionflower, reishi mushroom and cannabinoids THC, CBD and CBN. A 750-ml bottle sells for $59.99.

The palate opens with juicy mixed berries, bubblegum, parsley, stewed agave and pear, then gives way to an intense, drying quinine note. Like Tattersall Uplift, Unwind balances sweet and bitter, but leans more toward berries than citrus.
The medium, dry finish carries pine sap, juniper, makrut lime and bitter orange.
I really like what Tattersall is doing with these THC tonics. They mix well and are interesting and complex enough to just sip over ice. Try serving Unwind with soda water and muddled blackberries for an easy, satisfying mocktail.
