TahWahKaro Four Grain Bourbon, bottled at 48% ABV, is crafted from a blend of raw grains using a "grain to glass" process. Milling, mashing, fermenting, distilling and bottling all take place in-house at the distillery in Palestine, Texas.
Vanilla, caramel, lemon zest, and almond come out on the palate. It's a good entry to the market with an easy-drinking whiskey that would do well neat or with a little ice.
