TC Craft Tequila Blanco is produced at Vinos y Licores Azteca in the southern highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. Blue weber agave, grown in red volcanic soil, is cooked in stone or brick ovens and extracted using a roller mill. Fermentation takes place in open-air stainless steel tanks using natural agave yeast, with no fibers. The spirit is twice distilled in stainless steel pot stills and aerated before bottling unaged at 80 proof.
