TC Craft Tequila Añejo is produced at Vinos y Licores Azteca in the southern highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. Blue weber agave is cooked in brick ovens and extracted using a roller mill. Fermentation takes place in open-air stainless steel tanks with natural agave yeast and no fibers. The spirit is twice distilled in stainless steel pot stills, aerated and aged in American white oak barrels before bottling at 80 proof.
