Very sweet on the nose, dominated by notes of butterscotch and caramel. A subtle grassy aroma is recognizable in the background, though a stronger presence might enhance the complexity.
The rum has a creamy texture the envelops the mouth with a sweet butterscotch flavor at first but the dissapates into burnt sugar note fairly quickly. It is pretty delicate in terms of overall flavor.
It leaves behind a neutral ethanol note almost like vodka combined with a slight bitterness.
Sugarfield White Rum is approachable for the average consumer. Its flavor profile is fairly neutral, making it versatile, though it could benefit from added depth and complexity to appeal to more seasoned rum enthusiasts.
