Suavecito Blanco is produced at Destiladora de Agave Azul in Jalisco, Mexico, from blue agave cooked in brick ovens and extracted with a roller mill. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, followed by double distillation in stainless pot stills with copper coils. It is bottled unaged at 70 proof.
Suavacito could be considered an easy gateway tequila for people who want to start off easy on tequila, much like a lighter Scotch rather than a heavily peated Islay.
