Suavecito Blanco is produced at Destiladora de Agave Azul in Jalisco, Mexico, from blue agave cooked in brick ovens and extracted with a roller mill. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, followed by double distillation in stainless pot stills with copper coils. It is bottled unaged at 70 proof.
