Studio Null wines begin as traditionally fermented, fully alcoholic wines made from hand-harvested grapes. The alcohol is then removed through a low-temperature vacuum distillation process that preserves the wine’s body and aroma. After dealcoholization, the wines average 0.3% ABV, down from the typical 12–14%. Studio Null Prickly Red is a dry red blend made from organically grown Tempranillo and Syrah grapes.
