Stone Barn Dark Roast Straight Rye Whiskey is crafted from stone-ground dark rye flour and chocolate rye malt, a heavily roasted grain that imparts notes of espresso and cacao. The mash bill includes organic stone-ground rye flour from Bob's Red Mill, chocolate rye malt and Bob's wheat flour. Aged at least three years in new charred American oak barrels, it's produced at the Stone Barn Brandyworks distillery in Portland, Oregon.
