  • A very interesting whiskey that is like none other I’ve had. Sort of a gin drinker’s single malt, if you will.

  • Nose:

Really distinctive, herbaceous nose. Loads of pine needles and juniper, plus blueberry and sassafras.

  • Taste:

Super savory and herbaceous/vegetal again: juniper, dill, coriander. Nice viscosity for the proof.

  • Finish:

The finish is slightly ashy, bitter and vegetal: clove, pink peppercorns, nutmeg, cinnamon.

  • Overall:

A very interesting whiskey that is like none other I’ve had. Sort of a gin drinker’s single malt, if you will.
