Stillgarden’s Glas 55 is Ireland’s first green herbal liqueur, produced by Stillgarden Distillery in Inchicore, Dublin. Founded in May 2019 by Viki Baird and Pat O’Brien, the distillery crafts this Chartreuse-style liqueur using socially sourced botanicals, including anise, nettle, lemon balm, peppermint and clove, with flavors extracted through ultrasonic technology. Bottled at 55% ABV, it typically retails for about €55, or roughly $60.
