In October 2024, Snoop Dogg and Dr. Dre launched Still G.I.N., a gin brand following their Gin & Juice canned cocktail line. Bottled at 42.5% ABV, the gin features tangerine, jasmine, lavender and coriander. Its bottle is designed by Ini Archibong and it carries a suggested retail price of $34.99. The name "Still G.I.N." serves as a triple entendre, referencing Snoop’s song "Gin and Juice," Dr. Dre’s hit "Still D.R.E." and the spirit production process. Snoop’s other alcohol ventures include collaborations with 19 Crimes Wine and Indoggo Gin.

  • Designed for the contemporary gin fan, who likes a citrus-forward product— it succeeds. Further, it gets marks for being a contemporary gin that knows its audience while not forgetting gin’s roots. Balanced, but a bit hot— it’s my favorite of the Snoop Gin products so far.

  • While not overly complex, this gin delivers a bright, straightforward citrus sip. Far more enjoyable than Snoop Dogg’s first strawberry-flavored release, Indoggo, it’s surprisingly smooth neat and shines in a classic gin and juice cocktail.

  • Nose:

A burst of citrus hits immediately on the nose, like twisting an orange peel in your hands. Aromas of citrus oil, fresh coriander and juicy clementine pulp follow.

  • Taste:

The palate is slick and approachable, leaning heavily into its citrus character with orange flesh and dried peel.

  • Finish:

Notes of pine needle and resin emerge on the medium-length finish, which turns slightly bitter, reminiscent of quinine.

  • Overall:

While not overly complex, this gin delivers a bright, straightforward citrus sip. Far more enjoyable than Snoop Dogg’s first strawberry-flavored release, Indoggo, it’s surprisingly smooth neat and shines in a classic gin and juice cocktail.
